creo que ya le hemos contestado, normalmente si reparamos estas impresoras, pero no a traves de la web, por lo tanto usted pagaria los portes de ida y vuelta. Nuestro presupuesto es gratis, y has probado con otro pc, para descartar que el problema no sea de la impresora?
